Get started on Integrations Hub — a new experience in your employer dashboard that helps you discover, activate, and manage integrations between your ATS and Indeed. Select your ATS from the 300+ platforms that we partner with, including Workday, iCIMS, ADP and more. Speak to your Indeed rep to confirm your available feature capability based on your ATS.
Pay Per Started RSVP
Employers now will be charged for a started RSVP, which is when a candidate takes an action to schedule an interview instead of job clicks.
Message-Initiated Scheduling
Conveniently send an interview invitation to candidates through Indeed Messaging and see the status of the candidate’s response without ever having to leave the Indeed Messaging chat window.
Auto-detect Date/Time in Messaging
As you reach out to candidates through Indeed Messaging, our auto-detect feature will detect any mention of date or time, prompting employers to schedule an interview by clicking a button directly from the Indeed Messaging window. This feature streamlines the interview scheduling process, making it easier and faster than ever for employers and candidates to connect and schedule interviews.
Send Attachments through Indeed Messaging
Employers and Job Seekers can send attachments, like CVs, offer letters, and references, directly through Indeed Messaging. This helps save both parties time by keeping the conversation going on Indeed, rather than resorting to email or other methods of communication.
ATS Integration for Hiring Events
Now Employers can review CVs ahead of time within the event, use their ATS’ automated communication features throughout the event, and opt their existing jobs into their Hiring Event.
