As Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and direct day-to-day operation of the sales marketing function to ensure maximum revenue profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service.
    • Plan implement annual marketing expenditure per hotel with sales marketing team focusing on overall business.
    • Execute quarterly activity plans to create focus for the team and adapt activity to support business needs of the hotel.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key global corporate clients through ongoing account management.
    • Perform day-to-day sales activity including face-to-face meetings, contracting rate negotiation, site inspections, attendance at trade events, client entertainment and overseas sales trips. Client entertaining/site inspections may require evening weekend hours.
    • Deal with CCD client enquiries from initial quotations, following-up to contract stage, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and nurture client relationships within the conference segment through conference agencies and for domestic international tour operators.
      • Collaborate with CDOS and team on proactive ME strategy and identifying analysing opportunities to ensure they fit within the hotel’s business strategy.
      • Undertake monthly tracking of ME room hire, food and beverage to monitor enquiries and conversion levels and call out risk months and opportunities.

What You Will Need:


  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
  • Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
  • Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
