Full job description

Job Title: Administrator for Capacity Management Team

Location: Kings Court 2, Charles Hastings Way, Worcester WR5 1JR

Hours: up to 37,5 per week, must be 8am start

Pay and duration: £12.21 per hour, up to March 2026

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our Capacity Management Team based at Kings Court 2 in Worcester. This role is key to supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of capacity and patient flow services within the NHS.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Providing administrative support to the Capacity Management Team

· Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases

· Handling emails, telephone enquiries, and routine correspondence

· Supporting data collection and reporting

· Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely information sharing

· General office duties as required

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Strong organisational and administrative skills

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and attention to detail

· Previous NHS or healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
