Role: Social Media and graphic designer Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 7.30am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Salary: £28,000-£35,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Coleshill, Birmingham (100% office based)

NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Social Media and graphic designer Manager to support and manage the company’s social media marketing department. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative person who can demonstrate successful social media marketing management, to elevate our brand to the next level.

THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end management of the company’s social platforms, which include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Creating, editing and publishing content to our social channels, including articles, blogs, videos and reels, making use of the in-house studio and local stores.
  • Creating plans and strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness/visibility.
  • Look after email marketing
  • Geotargeting marketing
  • Lead campaigns and projects across our social channels.
  • Implement and manage the company’s social media campaign calendar, to create regular, scheduled posts to interact with our audience all year-round.
  • Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and identify trends.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing or general Marketing would be beneficial.

· Experience and knowledge of Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and analytics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· graphic design skills to create content

· Ability to write engaging copy that fits the company’s brand and story.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

· Good understanding of Shopify and website administration would be desirable, but not essential.

· Experience in SEO, SEM and PPC management would be desirable, but not essential.

The role offers an immediate start for the suitable candidate.
