Location: BLK BOX HQ

Reports to: Commercial Director

At BLK BOX, our mission is to create world-class strength equipment, trusted by the best coaches, gym owners, and athletes worldwide.

The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support and evolve BLK BOX’s visual identity across all channels and markets - both digital and print. This is a hands-on design role: you’ll be creating assets daily across campaigns, content, e-commerce, sales and events, while helping maintain consistency across the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own: Day-to-day design output across BLK BOX marketing and commercial channels.
  • Design: Campaign visuals, social assets, web assets, sales decks, email, event and print collateral.
  • Apply: BLK BOX’s brand guidelines consistently across digital and print.
  • Partner: Work with the marketing team to design campaigns aligned with strategy and content calendars.
  • Support: Photoshoots and launches with artwork, asset lists and art direction.
  • Prepare: Artwork for print and production across signage, POS, large format and merchandise.
  • Manage: Multiple design projects at once and deliver to deadline.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for health, fitness, wellness.
  • 2-4+ years in a hands-on graphic design role (in-house or agency) with a strong portfolio of real-world execution.
  • Strong Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma skills.
  • Confident working across digital and print production.
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working at pace.
  • Clear communicator who can take feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Ownership-led and comfortable getting stuck into the detail.

Bonus If You Also Have…

  • E-commerce and Email familiarity (Shopify, Klaviyo or similar).
  • Motion/video capability (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Experience building regional variants and localisation toolkits.
