Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and functional kitchen and bathroom layouts that meet client specifications and aesthetic preferences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise advanced design software and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to bring bespoke kitchen visions to life. The successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for interior design and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed kitchen designs using Articad software
  • Create accurate 3D visualisation's and technical drawings that reflect client requirements and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure designs are feasible within construction timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentation materials to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Assist in selecting materials, colours, fixtures, and fittings that align with the overall design concept.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen and bathroom design, construction techniques, and innovative materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and organisation.
  • Answering client emails and phone calls efficiently
  • Working closely with all team members to ensure jobs run smoothly

Skills

  • Proficiency in Articad software - or any CAD software experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and construction processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience in project management to coordinate timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively is beneficial
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Strong visualisation skills with an eye for colour schemes, textures, and spatial arrangements.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Efficient use of microsoft word/excel/outlook

Successful candidate will be expected to (at times) cover other branches.

Driving license is essential - successful candidate will be expected to meet clients at their property.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
