Full job description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Must drive due to location*

Monday – Friday

Duties include:

  • Responding to client call-out requests within SLA's with a friendly and efficient approach
  • Organising the engineer's diary to keep the team on track daily and weekly
  • Processing engineers' service sheets with precision and care
  • Following up with clients for outstanding quotes and logging completions diligently
  • Checking purchase orders, marking parcels with job numbers and site information, and updating the system
  • Scanning documentation and seamlessly uploading it onto the system
  • Preparing daily job completion information and obtaining purchase order numbers as necessary
  • Updating sub-contractor contract forms and managing contract renewals
  • Processing quotes for clients in a timely manner
  • Producing correspondence and certificates for clients that reflect our high standards
  • Raising purchase orders for materials needed for approved quotes
  • Setting up files and manuals for new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Processing weekly reports based on engineers' completed jobs, preparing for invoicing stages
  • Obtaining order numbers from clients and preparing paperwork to pass on to finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
