Full job description
We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Must drive due to location*
Monday – Friday
Duties include:
- Responding to client call-out requests within SLA's with a friendly and efficient approach
- Organising the engineer's diary to keep the team on track daily and weekly
- Processing engineers' service sheets with precision and care
- Following up with clients for outstanding quotes and logging completions diligently
- Checking purchase orders, marking parcels with job numbers and site information, and updating the system
- Scanning documentation and seamlessly uploading it onto the system
- Preparing daily job completion information and obtaining purchase order numbers as necessary
- Updating sub-contractor contract forms and managing contract renewals
- Processing quotes for clients in a timely manner
- Producing correspondence and certificates for clients that reflect our high standards
- Raising purchase orders for materials needed for approved quotes
- Setting up files and manuals for new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Processing weekly reports based on engineers' completed jobs, preparing for invoicing stages
- Obtaining order numbers from clients and preparing paperwork to pass on to finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
