About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across all experience levels—from fresh graduates to senior professionals with up to 10 years of experience. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, interpret, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and data modeling to support business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver insights.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making with actionable recommendations.
  • Automate data processes and reporting workflows where possible.

Key Skills & RequirementsEssential Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
