Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Leamington Spa - Onsite

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join a dynamic property team, where professional growth and client service excellence are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
  • Manage a caseload of files throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
  • Conduct property searches and review search results.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Submit Land Registry applications and handle post-completion requisitions.
  • Update Lender Management Systems and progress files to closure and archiving.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and post-completion procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and case management systems.
  • Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
