Management Trainee – Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Birmingham Jewellery Quarter
Company: Bloom Partners
Start Date: Late December / Early January
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

If you’re ready for a fresh start in 2026 and want a career that finally recognises your potential, Bloom Partners is opening opportunities for driven individuals to join us as Management Trainees. Whether you’ve led a team informally, taken the initiative in your studies, or built leadership qualities through sports or extracurriculars, your experience matters — even if it never appeared on paper.

We believe leadership is not limited to job titles. It shows up in work ethic, discipline, resilience, and the ability to motivate others. If people naturally look to you for direction, if you enjoy pushing yourself towards goals, or if you thrive in competitive environments, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

With significant growth planned for the first quarter of 2026, we are investing heavily in developing our next generation of leaders. We operate with an internal-promotion-only structure, meaning every manager in our organisation has grown from within. We are not looking for a finished product — we are looking for individuals who want to grow.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jewellery Quarter. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the foundations of team leadership, project coordination and operational execution. This role is designed for ambitious individuals prepared to build their career from the ground up and take on meaningful responsibility as our organisation expands.

Your development journey will include structured coaching, hands-on leadership exposure, and consistent feedback from experienced mentors. As you progress, you will have clear routes into:

  • Team Leadership
  • Account & Client Management
  • Project & Operations Management

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who:

  • Have displayed leadership qualities in work, education, sports or personal projects
  • Are competitive, disciplined and motivated by clear targets
  • Want a long-term career, not just a job
  • Have a strong work ethic and enjoy responsibility
  • Are career-driven and excited by progression
  • Thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments
  • Are graduates seeking a management pathway (all degrees welcome)
  • Are available to start at the end of December or early January

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learning the foundations of people management and leadership
  • Supporting team development and daily operational activity
  • Contributing to project and campaign execution
  • Managing performance goals and driving results
  • Working closely with mentors to track progress and build confidence
  • Taking on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability

What We Offer

  • Full-time, on-site role in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter
  • Clear, structured management development from entry level
  • Internal-only progression pathway into leadership and operations
  • Personalised coaching and continuous skill development
  • A high-performance culture focused on teamwork, discipline and results
  • Growth opportunities aligned with our 2026 expansion plans
  • A supportive environment where your potential is recognised and developed

If you are ambitious, energetic and ready to begin a career with real long-term opportunity, Bloom Partners would love to hear from you. Start the new year with a role that invests in you and offers a clear path into management.

Bloom Partners is committed to fair and inclusive hiring practices and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
