  • A motivated and proactive individual who is eager to learn and build a career in marketing.
  • A mature and professional approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, managing tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • A confident communicator with a positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality.
  • Creative and curious, with an eye for engaging content and innovative marketing ideas.
  • An active interest in social media and digital marketing, with experience creating content or managing social media accounts being advantageous.
  • Interested in emerging technologies, particularly AI tools, and excited to learn how they can be used within marketing.
  • Naturally engaged with online trends, popular culture and standout brand marketing campaigns.
  • Able to identify and understand what makes content engaging across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
