Our supplier diversity program
Supplier diversity allows Indeed to use our buying power to meaningfully contribute to the communities in which we operate. In 2021, Indeed launched a supplier diversity initiative focused on women, LGBTQIA+, veterans, people with disabilities, and minority-owned businesses.
Supplier diversity at Indeed
Supplier diversity programs promote an inclusive approach to procurement. For Indeed, a diverse supplier is a business that is at least 51% owned and operated by an individual or group that is part of a traditionally underrepresented or underserved group, such as ethnic minorities, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, and people with disabilities.
Through Indeed’s supplier diversity program, enterprise employers can use their power and economic and social influence to support businesses that are essential to the economic, social, and cultural fabric of our global communities. Indeed is focused on expanding our supplier diversity program to all corporate business functions across the company, so each can attain its own diverse spending targets in 2023 and beyond.
