Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Property Viewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing properties to prospective clients, providing detailed information, and answering any questions to facilitate the sales or rental process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills who are keen to work in a dynamic real estate environment. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their experience within property management or sales. Must be over 25 years old due to insurance requirements.

Duties

  • Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of each property.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about properties, including features, neighbourhood amenities, and local services.
  • Answer questions from clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring they have all necessary details to make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate schedules with clients and property managers to arrange viewings at mutually convenient times.
  • Maintain organised records of viewings, client feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with preparing properties for viewings by ensuring they are clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Liaise with other team members to ensure smooth communication regarding property availability and client requirements.

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are vital.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms; multilingual abilities are considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • A professional attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals eager to gain experience in the property sector while developing their organisational and interpersonal skills within a supportive team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
