We are currently looking for a Marketing Director / Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead the development of our marketing function across both brand and client-facing initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketer to shape strategy, drive growth, and build the foundations of a scalable marketing capability, while remaining closely involved in hands-on delivery. You will work across internal and external projects, partnering closely with senior leadership and Business Development to support commercial priorities.
Your Role at Visualhouse
Reporting to the CEO and Heads of Department, you will lead VisualHouse’s marketing function, owning strategy and execution across brand and growth. You will drive marketing programmes that support pipeline development, brand positioning, and client engagement. Working closely with Business Development and creative teams, you will deliver high-impact content and campaigns.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy & Growth

- Support organic growth and pipeline development across priority regions and strategic accounts.
- Partner closely with BD leadership to align marketing activity with pursuits, target accounts, and industry verticals.
- Define acquisition and retention priorities, evolving the balance as the business grows.
Brand & Content
- Own brand positioning and contribute to the development of formal brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Lead content strategy across Visualhouse & Novaverse brand marketing and selected client-facing initiatives, including managing and posting on our social media accounts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand expression across all channels.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand expression across all channels and regions.
- Strengthen storytelling through campaigns, case studies, thought leadership, and digital content.
Marketing Operations & Performance
- Establish and own marketing operations, including reporting, dashboards, automation, CRM workflows, and attribution.
- Analyse campaign performance on a regular basis and translate insights into action.
- Own marketing planning, forecasting, channel prioritisation, and performance tracking.
Team & Capability Building
- Design the future marketing team structure across content, design, performance, CRM, and events.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing function in a phased and commercially sensible way.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, particularly in the early stages.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, brand leadership, or demand generation.
- Experience in creative studios, architecture, real estate marketing, digital production, or high-ticket B2B environments strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership in a growth-stage environment.
- Strong background in content-led marketing, integrated campaigns, marketing automation and performance measurement.
- Experience partnering closely with BD/ sales teams to support commercial pipelines via ABM or targeted outbound.
- Comfortable building structure, systems, and clarity where they do not yet exist.
- Strong analytical capability, including funnel analysis, attribution modelling, and performance reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the social landscape, platform ecosystems, and creator economy
- Experience in creative studios, architecture, real estate, or high-value B2B environments preferred.
- Interest in architecture, design, and the built environment required
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Generous holiday allowance
- Regular team outings and studio socials
- Monthly wellness budget to support physical and mental wellbeing
- Ongoing training, development, and progression opportunities
- A collaborative, creative studio environment with international exposure
