Full job description

  • Part-Time Evening Receptionist – True Physio, Nantwich

Hours: 4:00pm – 8:00pm (Wednesdays - part-time)
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Self-Employed

True Physio is a growing private physiotherapy clinic committed to delivering exceptional care and outstanding client experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team at our Nantwich clinic.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing position where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic during our evening sessions. You will be the first point of contact for clients — both in person and over the phone — and will provide essential administrative support to the physiotherapists.

Core hours are 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to provide occasional daytime cover (e.g. during holiday periods or sickness) and additional evening shifts would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Managing appointment bookings and client records using our clinic software (training provided)
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Taking payments and managing invoices as needed
  • Liaising with the clinical team to ensure smooth handover of information
  • Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception and client areas
  • Supporting basic administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required

Who This Role Would Suit:

This opportunity would be ideal for:

  • A student or recent graduate interested in a career in physiotherapy who is looking to gain valuable experience in a clinical setting
  • Someone with administrative, reception, or customer service experience seeking flexible, part-time work
  • A reliable individual who enjoys working in a small, supportive team and thrives in a client-facing role

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional and friendly manner with clients

Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.

Additional Information:

  • The role is self-employed, with payment arranged on a per-hour basis
  • You will receive full induction and support from the existing team
  • This role is based on-site at our Nantwich clinic but availability to work at our Crewe site would also be useful

If you’re enthusiastic, approachable, and looking to be part of a growing and supportive healthcare team, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
