Professional Cleaning Operative

Permanent, Salaried Position

Location: Frome, BA11
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday - 5 Hours per day
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The Role

We are looking for a professional, detail-driven Cleaning Operative to join our team on a permanent, salaried basis. This is not a casual or stop-start role. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and values consistency, routine and high standards.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across a commercial site, working independently and trusted to do the job properly.

This role suits someone who wants security, respect and long-term stability, not just hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality cleaning across offices, restrooms, kitchens and communal areas
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene standards through dusting, vacuuming, mopping and surface sanitising
  • Managing waste disposal in line with health and safety requirements
  • Spotting and reporting maintenance issues or potential hazards
  • Looking after cleaning equipment and supplies with care and accountability
  • Representing the business professionally when on site
