Job Function: Marketing & Channel The role:

  • Are you passionate about turning marketing operations and event strategy into measurable business impact?
The Marketing & Events Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events by managing processes, tools, and logistics. This role combines operational excellence with creative event coordination to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth. This role will be working closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR Function) to ensure all leads are being followed up and that there is ROI on each marketing activity.

  • Coordinate and execute webinars, conferences, trade shows, and internal events, ensuring high-quality delivery and brand alignment.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain and optimise marketing automation and CRM systems to support campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to align event and campaign objectives, ensuring strong lead follow-up.
  • Track event ROI and campaign performance, preparing clear dashboards and reports for leadership.
What we need to see from you:
  • Experience in marketing operations and/or event management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
