About the Role

Drive hotel events and revenue by converting enquiries, managing bookings, and spotting upselling opportunities. Bring fresh ideas, coordinate multiple projects, and make a direct impact on our events business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and bookings for meetings, events, and accommodation.
  • Manage administrative tasks, time sensitive targets and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, communicate and work closely with Operations team to delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Work towards sales targets and support smooth team operations.
