About Us
We are an established Audio Visual Hire and Live Events Production company based in Salford. We pride ourselves on having a team of talented individuals who are not only technical, but friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile. We are a fantastic company to work for and are now looking to expand our team and continue to grow and develop our business.
The Job Overview
We are looking for someone to join our team who can support our venues and customers with their equipment hires and also work alongside the Project Managers to support them on larger events. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a client focused attitude and a willingness to ‘chip in’ and work across a variety of aspects of the business. Candidates should be driven, adaptable and ready to learn in the fast-paced world of live events. We are looking for a proactive, forward thinker that is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Your Duties:
- Liaising with clients and venues to manage all day-to-day dry hires.
- Producing quotes for equipment hire and smaller events.
- Acting as an initial point of contact for all enquiries
- Working alongside the warehouse team to plan the day-to-day installation and de-rig of all equipment
- Project support to the Directors and Project Managers
- Booking of travel and accommodation
- Booking of event crew
- Generating purchase order numbers
- Management of the rental management system
- Supporting sales and marketing with admin

Working hours
Due to the nature of our industry, we require our employees to have a flexible approach to their working hours. We always try hard to manage a work life balance of our team.
Typically, your working day would be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
