Full job description

AOK Events have grown into one of the largest and best-known event management companies in the UK. We employ 42 staff at our SW London headquarters and in 2025 we oversaw the successful delivery of around 2,500 events including corporate hospitality, venue finds, conferences, parties, brand activations, entertainment & more.

OPPORTUNITY

As we grow, we are organising ever larger & more complex events all around the world. We have to meet with our clients’ legal teams regarding amendments terms and conditions when we go to contract. We are therefore looking for a part time, remote-working, contract lawyer to get to know AOK Events and act on our behalf, liaising with both clients & suppliers, in our best interest.

We anticipate there being 10 – 20 hours of work each month. The role would suit a contract worker who wants flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with various Heads of Departments at AOK Events and be entrusted to ensure that our rights and best interests are upheld and AOK Events are protected from liabilities that might result from our events, whilst ensuring that our clients and suppliers are similarly happy. Primary responsibilities include:

Reviewing contracts
Negotiating contracts
Re-Drafting contracts
