Project Manager

Reporting to: PMO Manager
Location: Sandiacre, Nottingham

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for delivering IT projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll plan, schedule, and deliver IT projects end-to-end, working closely with our technical delivery team and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects concurrently against agreed strategy and plan
  • Plan and schedule assigned projects
  • Manage budgets effectively with strong commercial awareness
  • Work within the PMO framework to maintain high standards
  • Proactively manage risks and changes to avoid negative impact
  • Report accurately on timelines, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage client expectations on costs and timelines
  • Keep project management systems updated with progress and billing information
  • Collaborate with Service Support teams for smooth handovers
  • Maintain compliance with our Information Security Management System (ISMS)

About You

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT project delivery
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach

Desirable:

  • Project management certification (APM, Prince2, etc.)
  • Experience in an MSP environment
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and end-user device projects
