Tracsis Events are recruiting for Event Marshals to support the delivery of The Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2026.

Dates: Wednesday 29th July - Saturday 2nd August

Location: Beauly, Inverness

Hourly Rate 18-20: £13.18 (including holiday pay)

Hourly Rate 21+: £14.24 (including holiday pay)

Due to the nature of the work our casual workforce undertakes, and the working hours required by our clients, we are unable to consider any applicant under the age of 18 years.

Your role will be to direct traffic for the event within the car parks, checking tickets, taking admission payments or supporting the traffic management team - ensuring that arrival/exit for event goers is as smooth as possible.

The ideal Event Marshal candidate will be smart, enthusiastic and polite and have an ability to excel within a team. These roles are customer facing and would suit those with an outgoing personality and a passion for customer service. The work is outdoors and involves standing/walking for the majority of your shift.

  • No prior experience is required for this vacancy; all training is provided on site.
  • You must be able to make your own way to the events you book, Tracsis Events cannot provide transport or reimburse travel costs.
  • Certain events have camping facilities available, however it is your own responsibility to provide camping equipment. Should you prefer to book accommodation nearby, please note that Tracsis Events will not provide, nor reimburse costs for this.
  • All PPE is provided onsite for the role.
