Duty Manager

Location: Tattenhoe Sports Pavilion - MK4 3EQ
Contract: Shift-based, including evenings and weekends
Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS required

MK Dons SET is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our sports facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for community sport and wellbeing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open/close sites and manage facilities during shifts
  • Oversee customer service, bookings, and café operations
  • Maintain health & safety compliance and complete routine checks
  • Keep spaces clean, secure, and ready for use
  • Handle payments, records, and support admin tasks
