About the Role

We are recruiting Trainee Events Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, and on-site brand activity. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in events, customer engagement, and promotional work.

No previous events experience is required. You’ll receive full paid training, on-the-job coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and progress quickly.

What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

  • Assisting with the setup and delivery of live events
  • Engaging with customers in a professional and approachable manner
  • Supporting event teams during promotional activities
  • Representing brands positively on-site
  • Learning event coordination and customer interaction techniques
  • Working closely with experienced team members and trainers
