Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are maintained. Your passion for hospitality and culinary excellence will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Assist in managing the food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Contribute to menu planning, including seasonal offerings that highlight culinary creativity.
  • Train and mentor team members in food production techniques, service excellence, and hospitality standards.
  • Ensure efficient stock management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, with a strong background in food preparation and culinary practices.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
  • Experience as a barista or within bar service is advantageous but not mandatory.
