Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at our Glasgow campus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves food, embraces creativity, and wants to make a real impact in an inspiring environment.

As part of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that inspire and delight. Working closely with the Lead Chef and service teams, you will ensure every dish meets the highest standards and reflects the energy and uniqueness of The Campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the senior team in delivering The Campus food strategy.
  • Organise and manage the efficient running of your kitchen section.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver events and experiences that stand out.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation across all dishes.
  • Stay informed about customer preferences and share feedback to enhance offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Attend daily service briefings and contribute to a strong “One Team” culture.
  • Be audit-ready and support proactive risk management and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • SCQF Level 6 minimum or equivalent cookery qualification.
  • Ability to work across all kitchen sections, including butchery, fish prep, and patisserie.
  • Experience in a similar role within large-scale, high-end catering or fast casual food service.
  • IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
