BHID Group is the UK’s leading fitted furniture company with more than 30 years’ experience in delivering the top quality, bespoke service that our discerning clients demand.

We are now seeking to recruit a Group Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Board EA and Leadership team on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Group Board Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support diary management, meetings, and general admin
  • Assist with sales administration
  • Co-ordinate induction sessions and candidate travel
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly award & incentive invoices
  • Arrange travel for Directors, Managers & visiting teams
  • Help plan Group events, sales meetings & company celebrations

Personal Qualities:

  • Professional, discreet and confident communicating with all levels
  • Strong administrative background;
  • IT literate; proficient in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (internally and externally), both written and verbal;
  • Very well organized, able to juggle multi deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • High standards of professionalism;
  • Be willing to engage and learn;
  • Able to drive (advantageous but not essential).

The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The 20 hours will ideally be worked over 5 days (4 hours per day), but could be over 4 days (5 hours per day) for the right candidate.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
