Support the CEO of Greyhound Capital, a growth equity firm with $1.5B AUM. This role combines executive support, investor relations, and project management, ensuring seamless operations and high-standard interactions. Leverage cloud/AI tools to enhance efficiency and contribute to building an enduring organization.

What you will do:

  • Multiply executive leverage by managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses with precision and safeguarding time.

  • Offer operational support for CEO Office initiatives, hosting guests, codifying playbooks, and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-6 years of administrative experience across professional services, including 2+ years of dedicated executive support.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with impeccable judgment and discretion.

  • Demonstrated track record of impact in lean or high-performance environments, with familiarity and passion for modern cloud/AI tools.
