Octaga Security Services Ltd have a new and exciting position based in our Control Room, at our Head Office in Hereford City Centre.

Octaga Security Services Ltd are one of the leading Security risk management companies in the UK, holding NSI status in physical Security. We would like to receive applications from those that are reliable and have the willingness to learn and develop within their role.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Hours: 07:00-19:00

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Incident report writing
  • Answering the phone
  • Key holding alarm response
  • Site patrols
  • Responding to emails
  • Rostering staff
  • Completing documentation
  • Assist with Manning of sites
  • Report collation
  • Leave collation
  • Mobile response
  • Alarm response
  • Locking and unlocking of sites
  • Daily checks of various information
  • Lone worker monitoring

Requirements for the security role:

  • Valid SIA licence.
  • Valid Driving licence.
  • A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858 screening requirements.
  • To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
  • Excellent time management. I.T Admin skills
  • Strong customer service.
  • To be able to work on your own and part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
