A vacancy has arisen for a Field Service & Installation Engineer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery on-site.
  • Attending to on-site repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Troubleshooting and fault finding, and carrying out repairs.
  • Liaising with on-site contact, and providing regular updates on work progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys travelling, both locally and internationally, is a team player; and a self-starter who can prioritize, plan, and manage their workload with minimal supervision.

Due to fluctuating business demands, and the requirement to work in various locations and travel, it will be necessary to work overtime and/or weekends when required.

Experience required :

  • Prior mechanical fitting/assembly experience is required.
  • Fabrication, welding, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
  • Low voltage electrical, PLC, HMI and inverter experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • A basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Valid UK Driving Licence (required).
  • Forklift, Teleporter and MEWP Licences (Preferable, but full training will be provided to the successful candidate).
