Job Title: Commercial Heating Engineer

Location: Hamilton, Scotland (with travel to client sites as required)

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + benefits

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects with a supportive and forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair commercial heating systems, including boilers, pipework, and associated equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in heating systems to ensure minimal downtime for clients.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating, Gas Safe registered for commercial gas).

• Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of commercial heating systems, including gas, oil, and renewable technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• ACS qualifications and experience with BMS systems are desirable but not essential.
