Full job description

A opportunity has arisen at Lohmann GB Ltd for an alternate weekend poultry worker at one of our Layer Breeder Farms near Hereford. The hours are 7:00 am to 1.00 pm Saturday and Sunday. You will need to be confident walking around cockerels and hens. Duties include the care and welfare of the chickens, picking up eggs and grading eggs for onward hatching. Keeping of daily records. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Own transport is essential as public transport is not available. Only genuinely interested individuals need apply.

Applicants must be 18 or over due to working alone.

Rates of Pay:

Under 21 £16.00

21 and Over £18.32

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
