About Us

Behind every great sandwich is a skilled production team ensuring every sandwich is prepared accurately, consistently, and to the highest standards. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Production Sandwich Artist to join our expanding production team.

The Role

As a Production Sandwich Artist, you’ll focus solely on preparing sandwiches and deli items to fulfil orders for our other sites. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you’ll follow precise specifications to ensure every product meets our quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This is a hands-on role where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sandwiches and deli items to company specifications and portion standards.
  • Follow production lists to accurately fulfil daily orders for multiple locations.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and allergen control.
  • Ensure all products are labelled, packaged, and stored correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all production and kitchen areas.
  • Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet deadlines and output targets.
  • Support with goods-in, stock rotation, and ingredient preparation as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in food production, deli, or kitchen environments (essential).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven production setting.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes consistently.
  • Knowledgeable about food hygiene and safety standards.
  • A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
