Field Care supervisor required for a community care provider Right at Home Croydon,
Estimated annual earnings £37k per year

We offering a guaranteed hours contract at £16.50 per hour for average 37 hours per week, Mileage paid at 45p per mile, Oncall is paid extra £35 per week day evening and £70 per weekend day. Company pension scheme, Employee benefits scheme
So that is £645 per week before weekend oncall
Weekend oncall is £210 per weekend and you would be scheduled every 4 weeks . Estimated annual earnings £37k per year

Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities
Working with the registered manager to ensure Right at Home care operations have outstanding compliance. This is largely a field based role to support our caregivers in maintaining and improving on our high standards of care.
- Provide management support for care clients in Purley, Coulsdon , South Croydon and Caterham
- Participate in new client assessments and complete care plans
- Deliver client reviews
- Provide support to our caregivers in their day to day job
- Problem solve for client issues and concerns
- Assist the Registered manager with supervising care staff
- Undertake spot checks on caregivers
- Onboard new carers and introduce them to clients
- Provide input for supervisions meetings for carers
- Understand the detail person centred care plan of each new client and ensure plans are updated
- Deliver care calls as required
- Ensure outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving a minimum of “Good” in CQC inspections
- Ensure consistent application of the company’s policies, procedures and approved practice; and to promote the aims of the business
- Take a turn on a rota basis to manage the office on call telephone support service
- Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with caregivers, the registered manager, clients and their families
- Provide admin support and enquiry management in the office as required
Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualities Required
- You must have relevant community care at home experience
- Do you have empathy?
- Do you have supervisory experience within a health and social care environment (preference given to domiciliary care experience)?
- Are you a people person?
- Do you have Care Quality Commission compliance audit/inspection experience?
- Are you looking to join a friendly and quality care company?
- Flexible and responsive attitude to work
- Do you drive and have access to a car?
- Do you live near or in South Croydon , Coulsdon or Caterham ?
- Do you have QCF/NVQ Level3 or equivalent in health and social care?
