We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Domiciliary Care Supervisor to join our amazing team Thorncliffe Home Care working in the Washington and Sunderland areas.

Pay: £13.77 an hour PLUS fuel allowance

Hours per week: We have flexible working hours for staff to work between 16 and 40 hours per week.

Working times: We have excellent working hours to suit EVERYONE which are:

• Varied shifts between 7am - 11pm
• Please note, we can offer other shift patterns to suit people’s personal needs.
• On-call time 6am - 11pm

Key responsibilities:

• Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation, medication ,and light housework
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• On-call duties: handle the emergency on call phone for a full week, on rotation with other supervisors, giving advice, covering shifts, completing monitoring and compliance of care assistants.
