Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This is non negotiable.
Our Role:
As a Senior Account Director at Havas Lynx, you will be adept at establishing effective, long-lasting partnerships. You will ensure that our clients receive the highest individual attention, based on a thorough understanding of their business and personal drivers. As a natural leader, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service; whilst creating space for their personal growth and development. Your instinctive strategic nous will mean that you can readily identify opportunities within your existing accounts and beyond to direct exceptional creative campaigns with demonstrable impact.
What you can expect to be doing:
  • Act as the key senior client contact building effective, long-lasting relationships. Effectively leading your accounts to position Havas Lynx as the client’s strategic partner as well as using your well-established network to develop broader business opportunities
  • Work in partnership with the CSD to continually improve the services and processes of your team and the broader agency. Be proactive in making recommendations to drive positive change, leading internal meetings and debriefs as appropriate
  • Take a leading role in shaping the strategy and judging creative concepts for factual accuracy, compliance and relevance to brief
  • Ensure excellent financial health and billing practices, proactively identifying and resolving financial issues. Appreciate when it is appropriate to escalate matter to the CSD, to ensure agency revenue and profitability
  • Empower the team, delegating clearly and effectively whilst maintaining overall responsibility for the work that they produce
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Havas Lynx Group credentials and be able to confidently explain the agency's portfolio of services to clients to grow accounts and bring in new business
  • Ensure that you keep up to date with relevant industry advancements, and proactively share this internally and externally, as appropriate
This role could be a great fit for you if:
  • 7+ years experience in a similar role across CX and client services
  • Ideally some healthcare experience
  • Line management experience
  • Some brand and strategy experience or at least working on more strategic projects
  • Experience taking creative briefs for global clients
  • Expertise in leading large budgets up to 5 million
  • Pitch experience
  • Ideally, you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data, along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning
