Finance Administrator

Location: Bolton
Hours: 35 hours per week 9am-5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a role where you will support our Legal Cashier Team in the processing of a high volume of transactions both receipted in and paid out and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks associated with the Legal Cashiers team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be important in ensuring the accuracy of our financial data. You will work to ensure that we can deliver a high standard of support to the business.
This is an office based role in a diverse and happy working environment where full training will be provided.

Key Accountabilities


Daily Tasks
  • Daily BACs cash allocation
  • Sorting and Receipting both Physical & Online Post
  • Receipting Office Banking
  • Processing Bulk Payments
  • Processing of Cost Recovery
  • Processing of VAT Reversals/other reversals
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and databases.
