Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring effective financial management, and providing strategic guidance. This role requires a good understanding of financial accounting, planning, and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Manage the invoicing processes and ensure clients and third party payments are made timely.
- Update the financial records on a weekly basis using the company's system
- Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
- Financial authorisations and Operations support.
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in cost control techniques and financial management strategies.
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
