MSK Physiotherapist

Location: Hanford and Boothen. Stoke On Trent
Hours: 40 hours. Permanent
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000. Depending on experience.

Purpose of the Role

This position is ideal for clinicians of all levels who want to grow beyond their clinical practice. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to a mixed clinical caseload. This includes:

  • Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions
  • Work to deliver personalised, evidence based treatment plans
  • Maintain high quality clinical documentation (HCPC compliant)
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress
  • Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care
  • Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development
  • Access to leadership development resources and structured progression planning
  • Your progression will be guided, transparent, and aligned with your career goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 1 year Post Graduate MSK experience
  • HCPC registration
  • UK Driving Licence

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident IT skills, including word processing.
  • Effective analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Confidence in lone working
