About Us

Founded in 2006, Pure Physiotherapy is a clinically led organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality musculoskeletal (MSK) care. With over 450 physiotherapists nationwide, we are one of the UK’s largest MSK providers, working in partnership with more than 1,200 GP practices and 220 Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

Our mission is simple: to improve healthcare and MSK management across the UK by providing compassionate, evidence-based care that makes a real difference to patients’ lives.

The Role

Pure Physio are on the lookout for MSKs, FCP’s and APP to join our growing team across the UK.

We have a UK wide network of physiotherapy clinics and are looking for physiotherapists at all levels of experience, including graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care.
  • Deliver supported self-management programmes to empower patients.
  • Collaborate with GPs, PCNs, and stakeholders to streamline care pathways.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient outcomes.
  • Adapt to evolving primary care demands with flexibility and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • HCPC Registration
  • BSc Physiotherapy

Desirable for our FCP roles:

  • Post-graduate / Master’s qualification
  • Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
  • Empathetic, proactive, and quality-focused
  • Confident decision-maker and collaborative team player
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.

Why Join Us?

At Pure Physiotherapy, we value our people as much as our patients.

We offer:

Up to 38 days’ holiday (including public holidays)
