Due to continued company growth, an exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Service Coordinator, based at our Head Office in Enniskillen.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing fleet breakdown services, acting as the first point of contact for breakdown calls and ensuring a fast, efficient response. The role involves coordinating breakdown assistance with company depots and approved fleet partners.

In addition to breakdown coordination, the position will support fleet billing activities, including confirming accurate pricing, obtaining order numbers for payment processing, and ensuring fleet branding requirements are met. The role also involves using supplier and customer portals to gain work authorisation, detailed data entry for management reporting, and collaboration with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure products are available and delivered to the correct location for fitting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for fleet breakdown calls
  • Coordinating breakdown responses with company depots and approved fleet partners
  • Monitoring breakdown jobs to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with customers
  • Liaising confidently with customers, branch managers, and service providers
  • Confirming pricing, obtaining order numbers, and supporting billing and invoicing processes
  • Data entry, approval authorisation, and maintenance of accurate breakdown and billing records
  • Identifying queries, being proactive, and resolving issues as they arise
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
