From woodland adventures and campfire stories to mud kitchens, nature investigations and seasonal celebrations, you'll bring outdoor learning to life in a way that's uniquely yours.

This is your chance to: Create and shape a Forest School programme from the beginning

  • Loves being outdoors in all weathers
  • Brings energy, creativity and fresh ideas
  • Believes learning is best when it's child-led, hands-on and full of adventure
  • Is excited by the opportunity to build something new and leave a lasting legacy

Why join us?

Opportunities like this don't come along often. You'll be joining us at the start of an exciting new chapter, with the freedom to influence our outdoor learning journey, develop innovative experiences and create a Forest School programme that reflects your passion and expertise.

If you've ever dreamed of building your own outdoor learning environment, leading exciting adventures, and watching children flourish through nature-based learning, we'd love to hear from you.

Come and help us turn our vision into reality – one muddy boot, campfire story and magical outdoor adventure at a time.
