ARRA Distribution based in Cross Hands, Llanelli, SA14 6RA are seeking to recruit a part-time/weekend Yard Operative.

The successful candidate will help wash artic refrigerated trailers, keep the yard clean, organised, supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe working environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a practical, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring fleet trailers are deep cleaned internally and externally.

- Ensuring the yard and site areas are kept clean and tidy.

-Assisting staff and drivers as required.

-Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

-Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

-Be flexible and available for weekend working.

-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

-Ability to carry out manual work.

-Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Forklift licence
  • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction environment
