About us

Pinnacle Fitness is a fitness equipment specialist that sells pre-owned, refurbished and new gym equipment for commercial gyms and private individuals.

We offer a range of new and used gym equipment ranging from cardio and strength equipment to gym accessories and free weights. As well as equipment sales they offer a complete range of after-sales services. This includes servicing & repair work, relocation services, customisation/bespoke refurbishment, and when you’re ready to upgrade again, a quick and professional buyback service.

In recent years it expanded to sell new fitness equipment available with finance options. More recently, it has developed its own brand of gym equipment Blitz Fitnesswhich offers outstanding quality but at a fraction of the cost of well-known brands.

We are looking for a warehouse operative with an interest in mechanical engineering to be based at our warehouse in Kirkliston. Applicant will be responsible for refurbishment of commercial fitness equipment. The role will be varied and will be warehouse based between 8am and 5pm. A mechanical or engineering background is preferred as in house training will be provided on the mechanical and software aspects of these machines to make the candidate proficient in all aspects of the process. The applicant will be expected to travel on occasion for servicing, delivery, installation and extraction of gym equipment as well as well as other offsite requirements throughout Scotland.

  • Cleaning, testing and packaging of products
  • Preparation of metal work for powder coating and paint spraying
  • Replacing mechanical parts where necessary
  • Refurbish mechanical components where necessary

Desirable

Knowledge of gym equipment or repairing fitness equipment is desirable but not necessary as training will be provided. A hands on approach is essential as the ideal candidate will be required to work with a range of products and will be required to react quickly when needed. Must be fit and healthy as moving these machines around is heavy work. Experience with spray painting would be a plus.

Must be flexible, versatile and able to turn their hand to different tasks.

Full Clean UK driving licence

Ability to use all tools and know how things work.
