Position Overview

The Compliance Analyst will work closely with junior and senior members of Apollo’s Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance across Apollo’s global investment platform. The Analyst will primarily focus on compliance related to the distribution of Apollo funds in EMEA, particularly compliance with fund marketing rules. Apollo is looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Being part of a team reviewing fund marketing materials produced by Apollo’s investor relations teams
  • Become a key day-to-day point of contact for the investor relations team with EMEA Compliance
  • As experience builds, take on more of the day-to-day management of the marketing review workflow
  • Work with the team to recommend process improvements, locally and globally
  • Support monitoring and testing programmes related to marketing and distribution compliance
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Assist in maintenance and development of internal policies, procedures and training based on regulatory guidance
  • Identify areas of potential improvement, including automation and AI opportunities
  • Other general compliance matters and projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong academic background (i.e. degree level or recognised professional certification)
  • 0-3 years financial services experience and/or knowledge of the UK and/or European regulatory regime

  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and securities market regulation
