Invoicing Administrator (Part-Time)

- BDT Transport Ltd – Woodley, Berkshire

- Competitive Salary

- 3 days per week (including Fridays)

BDT Transport Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Invoicing Administrator to join our friendly team in Woodley.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a busy office environment. The role can be offered on either an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the successful candidate’s preference. Employed staff will benefit from holiday pay and a workplace pension.

The Role

Initially, your main responsibilities will include:

* Preparing customer invoices and pro forma invoices.

* Matching Proofs of Delivery (PODs) to the relevant paperwork.

* Sending completed paperwork and invoices to customers.

* Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

* Maintaining organised electronic and paper records.

As you become established in the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional office administration responsibilities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has excellent attention to detail.

* Is well organised and able to manage their workload effectively.

* Has good IT skills and is confident learning new systems.

* Can work independently as well as part of a small team.

* Has previous invoicing or administration experience.

Experience using Roadrunner and/or Vigo transport management systems would be an advantage, although training will be provided. We are currently using Roadrunner and will shortly be transitioning to Vigo.
