Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional project planning and on-site execution.
  • Communicate project updates and ensure alignment across internal teams and stakeholders.

Position Requirements:

  • 10+ years of event management, production, or related experience at the senior or executive producer level; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience leading projects internationally – Europe, MENA, Asia/Pacific preferred.

  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours based on event needs.
