Job Overview
As a Community Care Worker at Epic Care Services, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. We will provide guaranteed hours.

  • MUST BE A DRIVER

  • Looking for someone full time and fully flexible
  • No experience needed

Duties
- Deliver high-quality care services to patients in their homes
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Support patients with dementia care and behavior management
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

Skills
- Experience in patient care, including dementia care and medication administration
- Strong understanding of home care practices and nursing home procedures
- Proficient in first aid techniques
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Knowledge of assisted living facilities and services
