We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced gardener to join our horticultural team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance and gardening services across a range of sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work, has good plant knowledge, and takes pride in delivering excellent results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out general gardening and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, planting, weeding, and pruning. Assist with seasonal horticultural duties such as mulching, leaf clearance, and bed preparation. Support team leaders in completing daily work schedules. Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are used safely and maintained to a good standard. Contribute to keeping sites clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Follow health & safety procedures and report any hazards or issues promptly. Interact with clients and members of the public in a polite and professional manner.
Essential Requirements
Clean UK driving licence. NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or 5 years minimum gardening experience. PA1/PA6 or equivalent spraying qualification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent plant identification skills. Proven ability to work well within a team and follow instruction. Reliable, punctual, and able to undertake physically demanding outdoor work. Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work.
