Duties of the Assistant Housekeeping Manager Include:

  • Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with hotel policies and health and safety regulations
  • Help to manage the housekeeping team,including training,scheduling,and performance management.
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team,fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cleaning and preparing guest rooms before arrival
  • Maintaining the public and communal areas of the hotel
  • Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
